We require
- at least 21 years of age
- at least 2 years of experience at serving alcohol, or equalent education from

restaurant school

- fluent spoken and written skills in English (other languages are an asset) 
- service-minded, innovative, self-starter with a positive attitude
- ability and willingness to work during evenings, nights & weekends
